prevent a message from being recalled

I would like to prevent messages sent to me from being recalled, regardless
if I have not read them yet. How is this possible?
 
Well, recall doesn't work very often anyhow, but you can pretty much
guarantee it won't work if you just use a rule to move the messages to
another folder automatically.
