Presenter's view Powerpoint 2003

Hi,

I've got 2 displays hooked up to my laptop and can't seem to load/run the
presenters view on my notebook.

I had this problem before, not sure why I've got it again. I'm not sure how
to get my presenters view back.

Any suggestions?

It's all powered on and connected.

I've configured this a hundred times before, with dual monitor support and
an extended desktop for the projector's display.

But it's not loading... I noticed that it opens up another window minimized
and it can not be maximized.

I've installed office sp3, and now attempting to install XP SP3.
I've installed new video drivers...

I ran detect/repair on the power point help menu to no luck...

I'm still stuck!

How do I go about contacting Microsoft for help on this issue? We've got an
important presentation in a week.

Ok, I figured it out.

I was able to get into presenters view from the administrators account.

I deleted the users profile and recreated it and it works now.

Not sure what was in the profile that it didn't like.
