Presentation spine inserts

I need to know how to move the text on spine insert templates. The text at
the top needs to be moved up and the text on the bottom needs to be moved
down. The center is correct.
 
No idea what you are asking. Are you using Microsoft Access? Are you
trying to write code to control a form in Access?
