Hi, i usually prefer to use plain text but many times i get emails in
HTML and when i reply it replies in HTML, that i don't want. It seems
to me that i had it setup to convert the email to plain text but
either way i seem to be left without the ">" at the beginning of the
line. Is there a way or a 3rd party application that i can at least
select text and have > prefixed to the beginning of replied messages?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're using Outlook, the you go into the TOOLS menu, select OPTIONS.
On the Preferences tab select the E-MAIL OPTIONS button. Then where it says
WHEN REPLYING TO A MESSAGE change that to PREFIX EACH LINE OF THE ORIGINAL
MESSAGE, and then put the character that you want in the PREFIX EACH LINE
WITH field.
