When writing an email using windows mail on vista home premuim. The email
address does not predict like it did in outlook express.. Any suggestions

I assume you are talking about the auto-complete feature, which
will display matching recipients after you type a few characters.
It does not work well in Windows Mail, typically working only for
the most recent ones you've sent mail to.

you have to turn on the option to auto complete.
it is necessary to send mail to the same one 1 or 2 times before it works.
you need to type 3 letters of the contact name.

I have tried sending to the same address several times and it still doesn't work 90% of the time. I finally gave up on it. Hopefully Microsoft will correct this soon.
