Pre-Windows 2000 Compatibility

I am trying to make my machines accessible anonymously.
However, the Everyone group is not available in my
subdomains, only the top level domain. Please advise

What do you mean it is only available in the top domain and exactly what are you
trying to do?? If you are talking about the pre-Windows 2000 comaptability group that
the everyone group needs membership in for use of downlevel ras servers, see the link
