pre-printed form alignment

I have a form (actually a w-2) that is 8.5" wide by 5.5" high. The forms
are prepinted to be 2 per page. Problem is I cannot seem to set up a form
in access that will print the second form (ie bottom one on a single sheet)
correctly. Issues seems to be that I cannot set up a form size that will
do it.

Can someone point me in another direction or let me know if this issues can
be resolved another way.

Thanks,

Rick

I am using access xp with SP3 updates

first, always use a report for printing, forms suck......

Another approach I found that works quite well to print two records is
simply keep the form bound to the current reocrdset, and then drop in two
copies of a sub-report that has the layout the way you need.

You drop the 1st sub-report in the reports page header, and the 2nd report
in the reports page footer

You simply set the forms link master/child forms to the primary key.

The additional advantage of the sub-report idea is that you can change the
alignment of the two forms separate. I also find that you can play around
with the spacing between the two sub-reports with greater ease then having
the detail section print twice. And, you can also print some text that goes
between the top and bottom copy that need only appear once.

I used the above trick for printing pre-printed forms (2 per page). however
we always were printing only ONE invoice at a time.
