Pre-populate allow/block scripts list

It seems like the only way for a script to get on the
allowed list is for the thing to be run and then the user
has to know to choose Allow from the prompt. Is there
any way to pre-populate that allowed list? If not, then
this is a feature request. :)
 
That URL give me an error that "the content has been
removed from the site." :-(
