Prblem while: Installing syslinux on flash drive

While running makeboot.bat on cmd promt. ...........it gives the
following message

Installing syslinux on flash drive...
Could not read the whole boot sector


I am not getting what to do for that please help me out....what to do

I don't have the answer and you may not find the answer here but there's
a newsgroup that does deal with syslinux: linux.kernel.
