PPT2000: "Show On" Secondary Monitor Slide Show Setting Is Not Saved

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 241277 states that
there is a hot fix for: "Show On" Secondary Monitor Slide
Show Setting Is Not Saved. In order for me to get the fix
I need to call MS Support and pay for the call. Does
anyone know where I can download this fix for Powerpoint
2000?

To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft

That's the only way to obtain it. Microsoft will request your payment
information (credit card no.), but once you tell them the reason for the
call and they realize that it is because of a bug, you won't be charged.
Calling is the only way to receive patches like this.
