ppt: wrap around text aligning under bullet, not text

When working in a slide with bullets, wrap around text is not lining up with
the text above it. It is lining up under the bullet. How can this be changed?

Select the textbox, in the ruler (View - ruler) adjust the indent by
dragging the bottom two carats. The top carat you leave aligned with the
left margin.
