PPT will not package PPT Viewer

I have a slide show that I want to Pack and Go. I have PPT2002 and I've
downloaded the Viewer from Microsoft. When I try to pack it the don't pack
viewer is selected, and the add Viewer radio button is greyed out. I don't
understand (and I've installed the viewer) why it's not working. Anyone have
a clue.
Thanks, BuddyB

Thank you for mentioning your version of PPT. It makes a big difference in
this case.

The Viewer isn't working because you downloaded and installed the 2003
Viewer (the only one available on the MS site anymore), but PPT 2002 was
released before that viewer was released. So 2002 uses the old 97 Viewer,
and it doesn't support the new animations that were introduced in 2002.

So. Head to my site and check the autorun CD pages to see how to work around
this issue. http://www.echosvoice.com/autoruncd.htm (You'll probably wnat
"do it yourself with teh New Viewer).
