PPT-Can I put a picture in a text box & wrap text around picture?

Can I place a picture within a text box and then wrap the text so it appears
to the side and underneath the picture? Using PPT 2003

No, PPT doesn't have a Word Wrap feature like this. You'll have to use
Shift+Enter at the end of the text lines to enter manual line breaks as
necessary.
