When running a presentation and using the ballpoint pen/felt tip pen to draw
over the slide, it draws in the wrong place (usually to the left and up from
where the dot cursor is). If I move the mouse and draw around the entire
screen, the box that is drawn starts at 0,0 and doesn't even take up the
entire top/left quadrant of the screen.
