ppt 2007 and 2003

I've saved pptx in ppt compatibility mode. My colleague cannot read. Error
states Powerpoint can't read the the outline....... no text convertor is
installed for the file type

don't have any answers for you - but I'm having the same problem - when I
save a 2007 ppt in 2003comp mode - the receiver can't see the
flash...everything else shows up - just not the flash parts....sure would
liek to find out why!

Hi,

That is because the font you used in your presentation isn't installed
on your colleague's computer. In fact, there are a lot of ways to let
your colleague view your presentation. You don't need to save your
presentation as PP 2003 presentation. Because some of the good effects
in your presentation cannot be viewed as it should be if you save as
PP 2003 prsentation. Please try the 3 ways below:

1. Recommend your colleague download the MS Compatibility Pack for
Office 2007, it free to use. Just install it on its computer, you can
view the 2007 presentation with no difficulty.

2. Transfer your PowerPoint presentation to Flash.
Using some 3rd party presentation to transfer your presentation to
Flash presentation from PowerPoint.

http://www.digitalofficepro.com/

3. Upload your presentation to http://www.slideshare.net, then your
colleague can view the presentation online.
