Is there some setting or option that I need to change to make my PPT 2003
saved as Web Pages stop having pixelated fonts? (I've saved lots of files
this way before and never had this problem. I've looked around, tried
different settings and can't figure it out.) Thanks to whomever offers me
help!

When you've done this before with good results, was it also in PowerPoint 2003?

If so, that lets the air out of one perfectly good theory, but here's another
to take its place: is the text in question animated?

Yes, I've had good results with PPT 2003 -- until now. Good idea about the
Custom Animations, which are wipes and fades. I'll get rid of those and see
if that fixes it -- maybe it doesn't like having animations assigned to all
of the title objects and all of the body objects. I'll let you know if that
helps,

Now that all of the custom animations have been removed from the title and
body text it can be saved as a web page without pixelating all of the text.
Thanks for suggesting that and getting me out of a mess!
But now I wonder... Is PPT 2003 capable of converting animated title and
body text into web pages without making the last still image of the fonts
pixelated?

I don't know the answer to that one, I'm afraid.
I do know that it and 2002 have some serious problems with exporting text to bitmaps
in other situations. Related, perhaps?
