I have a client that has a .ppt that 's got a .wma audio file linked. How
do I include that linked file into a self contained .pps? We're working on
WinXP.
My client wants to email the .pps only. Is there a way to do this?

Tools > Options > General. Set the "Link sounds with file size greater than
___kb (fill in the blank to 99999) then if the audio sound size is less than
that amount it will embed.

You could also try packaging the PPT and the sound (linked) into a single
folder. ZIP the folder and email it that way...

Is this what you were looking for?

All media files with the exception of small wav files are linked. You can
not embed a WMA file, it must be linked.
