How can I password protect a PPS ?

I need to copy the PPS to a CD and I dont want the end
viewr to be able to edit the original or copy the PPS to
their hard drive and rename it to a PPT and re-edit it.

Is this possible

Thanks

You can change the extension from PPS to PPT first. Open it, then use
Tools/Options, choose the security tab, and type your password in the
'password to modify' box. After this, you can save your presentation as PPS.
And that PPS would become password protected.
