I don't know the filesize of your mp3's, but your presentation is 14.5 mb, which
all have to be downloaded before it can play. Depending on how each individual
has there system configured (everything updated to the latest drivers etc.), and
what version of PowerPoint or PowerPoint viewer is installed, all comes into
play. It played OK on my system. You could reduce the presentation filesize
somewhat, by reducing the filesize on some of the images. Cropping to eliminate
some of the white around the edges, and having a look here at this tutorial
could help. http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com/powerpointgraphics.htm Nice
presentation BTW.

Thanks, I just compressed the photos so we're now at about 9 mb. My dad
(the person who can't hear it) has the latest version of PP and I'm sure is
pretty up to date on everything.
I wonder if it makes a difference is they save the file to their HD or if
the open it from the web. Also, if someone uses the viewer would that
prevent them from hearing the music?

Do you know how to find the file location of a picture that you have
inserted into a slide?

Glad you liked the

AFAIK, they will have to play it from the web. downloading does not download the
MP3 files, therefore no sound. I personally would use the save as web page. That
way PowerPoint/Viewer are not required to play your presentation. Would also go
a lot smoother. If your interested in something like that, then have a look here

AFAIK = As Far As I Know.

If you look at the online tutorial in the second link
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00428.htm it will show you how to insert your
mp3 file, and how to make the presentation open full screen.
