Not sure what you mean by "Options" but if the user has PowerPoint
installed, it will simply open like any other document. If the user doesn't
have PowerPoint installed, they will get a dialog asking them whether they
want to save or open the file. However, it won't make any difference, as
they will not have the software to open it.

Import the file into your current open FP web and then create a link to it.
The user will need to have PPT or the PPT Viewer installed to view it. Also
it will the PP will download prior to being displayed.
