PPC Tickmarks error message

I am getting a PPC Tickmarks error when going into excel, it clicks off
ultimately
then the program is fine. Any others seeing this, I have located a similar
post in another thread with no answers. I tried removing and re-installing
the program to no avail.

We get this same message to whenever we remote in to our systems from
home. But we get this not only with Excel but Word as well. Does
anybody have any idea what this is?
