PPC or Smartphone Camera

Are there any ideas about programming for PPC or Smartphones Cameras?? any
APIs or .....??? I would like to be able to capture pic or control the
cam.....

Veo and FlyCAM (to name two) provide SDKs for their add-on cameras. Several
PDA vendors also provide SDKs depending on how deep your pockets are.
