PowerToys Problem

I have downloaded the Power Toys Wallpaper package & have since downloaded
Windows Media PLayer Series 10.

I now keep getting a window telling me that Power Toys need Series 9 to work.

Is there a way to avoid this window from popping up?

Odd. I went from WMP 9 to 10 with the PowerToys installed and don't have
that problem.
