PowerToy CmdHere doesn't work

I installed the PowerToy CmdHere today but it doesn't seem
to work. I right click everywhere but couldn't find the
Command Prompt menu...

Is there any prerequisite that should be met before I
install it? Anyway, I installed the other PowerToys like
the calculator and HTML slideshow, and they work just fine.

It only works while you point at folders, drives or start button. You will
not see it if you point at a file.

Thanks for pointing out all the other ways it can be used. I've only used
it in opened folders, right-click on the folder icon in the title bar.
You've made life much easier for me now!
