I sent a powerpoint presentation to someone I have windows 2000 they have xp
they couldn't open it, however another person who has xp could

The person who could not open the presentation, should check and see if they
have either the free PowerPoint viewer, or the full version of PowerPoint
installed on their system. Windows 2000, and XP are operating systems, and not
application software.
