Not really. It mostly depends on your system's capabilities.
You'll want to make sure that your images aren't overscanned and things
like that so you can avoid *extremely* large presentations if at all
possible. (Generally speaking, I'd consider 20MB to be large, 50MB to be
probably bigger than it needed to be, and anything over that *extremely*
large.) These really large files can take a long time (a couple of
minutes) to open and save, and playback during slideshow can be jerky
because of the size.
