When I open up Powerpoint Viewer it falls down into the bottom toolbar and
you cant retrieve it?? It was working quite fine, then just stopped.
Please help me!!

I'm reading between the lines here, but I suspect that your slide show is
running, but on a monitor that is not connected.

First, close down the slide show (Click on the slide show task in the
toolbar and then press the escape button. The task should go away) Then
open the SlideShow toolbar and select Set-up Show option. This will open a
dialog box. In the box labeled Multiple Monitors box select Primary
monitor. Now restart the show and see if this doesn't fix the issue.

The option in PowerPoint you need to use to change this is:

On the PPT menu bar, choose Slide Show
From the menu that appears, choose "Set up show ..."

That's where you'll see the option to choose Primary monitor.

(And if i did, where would I find
