powerpoint title bar

Does anyone know if the color can be changed on the title
bar on a existing templete? If so, how?
 
The Title Bar has nothing to do with PowerPoint settings, it is set by your
Display properties. Are you sure you are talking about the normal "blue"
title bar? If so, close (or minimize) all windows, right-click on your
Desktop, select "Properties". Click the "Appearance" TAB and make changes
that you want. Keep in mind that it changes all Windows programs.

If you are talking about the Title placeholder in a template, click the
"View" menu, select "Master", "Slide Master". Click the Title placeholder
and make whatever changes you want using the Formatting or Drawing
toolbar(s).

You mean the title placeholder? Sure. Go to View/Master/Slide Master and
change the color. Save as POT.

If that's not what you were asking, holler back with more details.
