PowerPoint Sound very low

Why is my sound so low when I creat a powerpoint presentation and it is loud and working perfectly in windows everywhere else? Thanks,
 
Which sound format did you insert in PowerPoint - a WAV/MP3/WMA or a MIDI
file - MIDI volumes are set differently than digital music formats like
WAV/MP3/WMA. Even CD Audio volume levels use another sound stream.

Also, try inserting another music file and see if the volume problem
persists.
