powerpoint slide width

I am trying to create a poster in Powerpoint and I must do it with minimum
150 cm width, but the page setup does not allow me to use more than 144 cm.
Is there a solution?
 
The first note is that PowerPoint is not a print-solution application. It
prints at screen resolution vs. high-resolution desktop applications.

What you can do is create you document at 75 cm wide and then print at 200%.

PowerPoint really is not the right application for this. Have you looked at
Publisher?
