PowerPoint show in a browser not being able to print,save.

To all, does any one know how to open a PPT or PPS file in a browser but allows the ppt or pps file to print or save or even be able to view the tool bar of the browser? right now, any ppt or pps file shows in the browser as a show only. Not able to print, save or see the browser toolbar
