PowerPoint should have a Subtitle placeholder on text/body slides

Surely this is a feature of the template/layout you are using and is
not an issue with powerpoint itself.

You coudl save yourself a lot of time by making a custom template that
has this placeholder.

Paolo, good idea - but you can't add a placeholder to a template.
