Powerpoint never quits without a mouse click. make PPS shows go aw

Make PPS (powerpoint) shows go away after the last slide. Powerpoint is a
process which can never quit without human intervention. (a mouse click)

That "end of slide show" thing is good, but sometimes you need Powerpoint to
go away. Make this an option.

If you have an automatic Slide Transition on the last slide, and don't have
it set to "Loop until ESC", a PPS file will close automatically.

Also, you have to kill the End with Black slide in the Tools > Options >
View. However, I think that is a machine specific setting that doesn't save
with the show.

It's already there. Set the slide transition of the last slide to
"automatically after XX seconds".
