Thanks I will try the 'Millionaire' Game. FYI there is a sample
millionaire.pps version, when you try to run it, there's a request for a
password, could not get it to work. Even tried presseng <enter>
On another note. I went to the vba code section and found a script which
looked like it would be perfect for me to use. It's called "Change Font for
whole presentation" I followed the directions to insert the code, but when I
try to run it I get an error message. When I try to debug , the problem line
appears in yellow
"With oshp.TextFrame.TextRange.Font"
What does this mean?
The slide I am using has a header and text blocks

If you double click the pps file it should open without a password. If you
are asked for one you can click read only.
There should be no problem with the code I can see. If you wish email me the
presentation and code and I'll take a look. Please indicate the version of
PowerPoint and refert o this post so I know what your email is about!
