PowerPoint File Viewer for Windows CE.

I am just following up on an earlier thread here: http://tinyurl.com/8c2we

With Westtek (creator of PowerPoint File Viewer) help, I have found a
programmatic method to resolve the problem. I had to modify my progam to
create a settings file for each presentation in the same folder, same name
but different extension. One of the values in that file tells the viewer to
loop the presentation. There are a lot of other values in the file and they
all need to have reasonable values or the viewer ignores the file. After
lots of trial and error I got it working. It is not the most elegant
solution but it works. I am hoping this feature will be in the next
released version of the PowerPoint File Viewer. I am also hoping that they
will allow a user to turn off the "Popu Menu Button" that show in the bottom
left corner of a presentation.
PowerPoint lets you disable this through Tools->Options->View "Show Popup
Menu Button". Even if you don't turn that off, PowerPoint doesn't display
this button until the user moves the mouse. That way it doesn't occupy
screen real estate when it isn't needed. All my presentations run
unattended in a kiosk environment so I don't want this precious real estate
consumed. There doesn't seem to be any way to get this to go away on the CE
file viewer.

" Just give me the light and pass the dro!"
