PowerPoint emails pictures are upside down

When I receive emails that are in PowerPoint, the text is right side up but
the pictures are upside down. How can I correct this problem? I am using
Office 2003

I downloaded the file and reset the security setting to low, but it still
would not let be load the add in. What else can I do?

"would not let me load the add in" Hmm. We need you to use *your* eyes on this
since ours can't be there with you. What exactly does that mean? It smacked you
on the knuckles every time you got close to it with the add-in? Threatened to
tell Mom? ;-)

Seriously, what error or other messages did you see, if any?

You already mentioned that you set security to low so that wouldn't be it.

Next:

Restart Windows then start PPT again and see if it works now.

If not, choose Help, About Microsoft PowerPoint, click Disabled Items and see if the
addin's there. If so, re-enable it and restart PPT.

If that doesn't get it, try contacting Shyam, the author.
