Powerpoint doesn't recognize writable CDs

I have packaged presentations for CDs in the past, and everything worked
fine, but now when I try to do it, powerpoint doesn't recognize the blank CD
as writable (I'm using CD-RW's), and gives me the option to insert a new CD.
I've tried formatting the CD's, repairing Powerpoint using my Office 2003 for
SB, trying other blank CDs, but nothing seems to work. Please help. Thanks.

Use Package to Folder and then use your CD burning software to burn the contents
of the folder to the CD.

I used the Package to Folder and then burned it to CD, however, when I try to
play it, it doesn't start automatically like it did when the "Package to CD"
function worked in the past. I don't know what else to do. I've tried
everything I can think of. If anyone has anymore suggestions, I would
appreciate it very much.

When you burned the CD you probably just moved the folder to the CD. As I said
before, burn only the *CONTENTS* of the folder to the CD. The autorun.inf file
MUST be in the root directory of the CD.

Hi, Sonia,

Thanks. I'll try that.
