Powerpoint Conversion

A friend of mine did a very large slide show using powerpoint. Now she
wants to know what the best way is to convert it to a video (DVD) that can
be played on her DVR/TV. What are the options... that does not cost. I
thought Roxio would do the trick but it won't take a .ppt as a source file.
I also had Nero, but my version will not load onto her Vista Computer ( I
run XP-Pro myself).

Thanks

I know a person did 1000 slides for his mother's 100-years birthday
and he convert his presentation to DVD and when the birthday comes, he
play his presentation in a big tv.

you want the program that can convert your presentation and don't
cost. I don't know if there are some limitations but lots of program
have trial version.
