PowerPoint compatibility on different systems

Greetings all!

Thank you all for your comments on my questions last week regarding videos
embedded in PowerPoint presentations.

I now know that all of our videos are made exactly the same format so that
they are Windows Media Audio/Video Files

We are using PowerPoint 2002.

So my question is:
- What specifications must I make so that we can run this presentation from
a disk or flash drive on a computer at a conference (so my supervisor doesn't
need to bring his laptop?)

- For instance, do I need to give the version number for the Windows Media
Player, and request that they have PowerPoint 2002 or higher?

- I am also going to try PFC Media, but again, I want to be certain I've
covered all my bases with the specifications.

Thanks so much!

My answer is still the same, Chris. If you're after reliability with video
in PPT, it's best to have your supervisor take his laptop.
