Powerpoint chart

I place in a PPoint presentation an excell chart but in a picture format and
i need to transfer the chart into an excell document again, how can I do it???

In short, no (if the chart was paste special'ed as an image in PowerPoint)

The picture version of the chart is just so many pretty pixels, no excel
data left to extract.
