PowerPoint Cannot read this file message?

Hi I have a powerpoint presentation that i made and saved in powerpoint. and
powerpoint wont open the presentation? Its saved onto a USB drive but all the
others work fine that are save there its only this one that messed up?
 
Which version of PowerPoint? What's the exact error message you receive?
