You cannot have a Word document in a PowerPoint presentation. You can however have a hyperlink to a word document.

Hello,

An approximation:

1. PowerPoint Slide
2. PowerPoint Slide, Click on Insert, Object, Create from
file, Browse, select your Word Document, click ok. Right
click on the embedded word document, click on action
settings, Set the Object Action on Mouse Click to Open,
click ok.

Repeat as needed.

When you run the slide show, click on the word document in
each alternating slide to open the Word document.

As an alternative, you can use LiveWeb to insert a link to a Word document.
Since a document can be opened with the IE browser, you can use the add-in
to open a word doc within the PowerPoint slide.

Shyam
