Powerpoint 2007

There isn't an outlining toolbar in 2007. What are you looking to do? Tell
us, then we can help you do it in the new version.

There are no toolbars any longer and the stuff that used to be on the Outlining
toolbar's not on the Ribbon, but if you rightclick while the cursor's in the
Outline pane, most if not all of the old Outlining toolbar options appear on
the popup menu.
