When attempting to use Powerpoint 2007 with a Ricoh default printer, all data
is "misaligned" on the screen when editing. IF the default printer is
changed to an HP printer (or any other model/type) the editing screen is
fine. Any ideas why???

Apparently PPT doesn't like the Ricoh drivers. You might want to check the
Ricoh site for updated ones.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, we already checked the website for Ricoh
and we are using the most current driver for the Ricoh printer.
