After downloading and installing Windows XP Service Pack 2. I keep
getting a message on my system tray. It says "Power Surge on Hub Port"
then it says "A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub
port. For Assistance in solving this problem, click this message." I
did that and I have two options; either "Reset" or "Close". It warns
me if I "Close" the port will no longer function. I tried it both
ways, it keeps giving me this message. I'm thinking either it's a real
problem or spyware/virus situation. If you know what to do please post
a solution.
