Power Setting problem

Lately, It seems that regardless of what setting I
have the monitor set to shut down set to, I only get an idle
session of about 1 hour, after which the screen goes blank
and the monitor shuts down. Can someone help me pinpoint the
cause of this.
The power profile is set to my saved session settings,
Lester's Power.
[email protected] with 2GB RAM on a Dell XPS410
 
What ARE the settings then?
Note that there are other places the monitor power can be controlled from.
Possibly the BIOS, or possibly the monitor's settings itself from its
settings panel, and so on. So if it's set to an hour somewhere lese, that's
the one that would take precedence to a longer time in the Power settings.
