Power Save Options 2

Can you make a policy change so that all users have access to change their
power scheme options? I don't necessary need to have everybody with the same
settings, I just want them to be able to access this option to make their
own changes.

Isn't there a SIMPLE answer to this question??

With all of the 'ease of use' someone at Microsoft didn't
anticipate this issue to crop up?

We have LOTS of laptop users, and they would like to change
their power schemes, but unless they're an admin user,
they're SOL.

Oh yeah. :(
