You can record your presentation using programs such as Camtasia.

Then, convert the movie to MPEG2 file, which is needed for a
video DVD.

Next, import the video into a DVD authoring program to create
the DVD menu and setup.

Lastly, burn into the DVD-R/RW.

two ways come to my mind,
1. transform PowerPoint slides to Videos, (avi, mpeg..) then burn to DVD
2. directly burn PowerPoint onto DVD disc using a third party program as
PPT2DVD(http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com)
