Power Point Upgrade Eligibility

I've recently purchased the upgrade version of PowerPoint
XP. I have a Dell Laptop that came with Small Business
Office XP pre-installed. (PowerPoint not included)

The packaging on the PP XP upgrade version indicated that
being a Small Business Office user made me eligible for
the upgrade version of PP XP, however when I tried to
install it no eligible software was found.

Is Small Business Office XP eligible for the PowerPoint XP
upgrade?
