Power Point problems corrected for the 2007 release?

I'll soon be purchasing Office 2007, however, I'm wondering if these problems
were ever corrected from the Beta version.

1) While I was testing the Beta version of powerpoint I noticed that
everytime I tried to embed a video clip into the presentation and then played
that clip back, a flashing black rectangle/square appeared in the bottom
right hand corner of the video. Yes the video was in WMV format. Does
anyone know if this problem has been corrected?

2) I'm developing a DVD Rom powerpoint course. Does anyone know if it's
possible to embed a licensing aggreement into the presentation so that the
user has to agree to the agreement before actually using the powerpoint
course? As we know most software has this. I'm just wondering if Powerpoint
has this feature?

3) Does powerpoint 2007 have the ability to publish to DVD or does it only
publish to CD?

Thanks for your time

1) may be specific to the video files, but you can download a trial version of
Office 2007 to test it in before purchasing the real thing.

2) PowerPoint doesn't offer this ability (though the free Viewer will ask the
user to accept a license agreement the first time it's used). I can imagine
several ways of presenting the user with a license screen and yes/no buttons but
none of them would keep a mildly determined user from getting at the PPT either
way.

3) CD only but now that you've said the magic word, you'll get a reply or two
from third party vendors. Be sure to try before you buy.
